The
working organised industrial zone foundation
in kutahya is based on 1970s years. With the
decision of The
Council of Ministers 29.03.1973 of the board
of history and 7\6177 numbered in line, the
first step is taken to establishment of
organised industrial zone in kutahya.
After the
cabinet’s decision; first perceptible
attempts to organised industrial zone in our
place begins with imbolizing of location
where it locates on the way of Alayunt
quarter; saka village, at the date of
23.10.1979, at 17.07.1980 by taking prior
consent from Ministry of Development and
Housing plan working is begun. At the 1990
year district Office organization is formed
and building scheme which is formed by 100
numbers industrial parcel , 215 hektars of
land on the area of board of directors it’s
1.096.000 m varying size between 3.000m and
50.000 m is made.
Starting
the working of socialization, the part of
208 hectars are socialized at 08.11.1993 and
other part of 7 hectars are socialized at
25.03.1994
At 1993
road, water, canalization, raindrop,electric
and telekominication’s infrastructural
projects is made. At 1994 constructions is
begun by giving out and at 1998 it is
finished.
We
provide by ownselves drinking&using water,existing
in our area, with deep hole water pumps.
drinking water network is provided by 1000
tons built in tanks and 100 tons elevated
tanks with it’s own energy at 3,5 atü.
To our
organised industrial zone for it’s electric
energy, from nitrogen centrum, is pulled
double aerial electricity transmission line
which is 13.438 km 477 MCM. And it is
distirubuted to intra regional distribution
network, with 17 numbers miscelloneous size
transformers.
For
answering Organised industrial zone’s
telecominication need;by making an agreement
to Telecom at the power house 5000
subscription dijital systems(systems 12)
plugboards which are made by our area are
put into service.
In
connection with locating in the border of
Alayunt, main rail way station which is
Afyon, Eskişehir, İzmir railway junction
point, Organised Industrial Zone field, from
the point of railway connection has an
important advantage. |
